Where do you ship to?
We offer fixed rate shipping Australia-wide. Please see below for shipping rates.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international shipping, but we hope this will change in the future.

Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99 (before shipping costs)
Standard Parcel Post - $9.99
Express post - $14.50
Tracking included with all delivery options.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We aim to process orders within one to three days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
In the event you do wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email at hello@forgetmenotfrankie.com.au as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate your request if your order has not yet been dispatched, however, this may not always be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect all items upon first receipt of your order. If any item(s) is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately via email at hello@forgetmenotfrankie.com.au so we can assess and do our best to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item if I don’t like it?

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are currently an online only-store. We do hope to do some pop-up events and workshops in the near future though : )
